Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the USA (including Alaska and Hawaii). We do not currently ship to Puerto Rico.
How can I cancel or modify my order?

How can I check the status of my order?
You may view the status of your order when you log into your Account page. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with tracking information immediately following your purchase so that you may check the status of your order at your convenience.
Is there a way to pay for faster shipping?
Yes, when you check out simply check 'Standard', 'Preferred', 'Expedited', or 'Rush' based on the timing indicated and your shipment needs.
Returns and Exchanges
How can I return a product?
"We want to ensure 100% satisfaction with every SkinClinical purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from skinclinical.com, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 90 days of purchase (less any shipping charges). We can only refund purchases made directly from skinclinical.com. Refunds of purchases from other retailers must be coordinated through the original place of purchase. You will be refunded your original form of payment.
Please note the following guidelines for returns & exchanges:
- Product(s) must be returned within 90 days of the order date.
- Please place product in original packaging and include a copy of your receipt (and the reason for returning your product(s)).
- Original shipping & handling charges are non-refundable (if applicable).
- Products specified as non-refundable cannot be returned for any reason.

Reverse Anti-Aging Light Therapy
How can I register my Reverse Anti-Aging Light Therapy device?
You can register your device by visiting skinclinical.com/pages/register and filling in the form. Registering your device will ensure you are kept up-to-date about important information related to your product and warranty.
How long does it take until the Reverse Anti-Aging Light Therapy device is fully charged?
We suggest charging your device for a full day (or overnight) prior to first use. The blue power light will change from a flashing light to a solid light when at full charge.
My device is shutting off after 2 cycles, is this meant to happen or is this a malfunction?
Nothing is wrong with your device. The device is programmed to turn off after two treatment cycles (about 6 minutes) to ensure that it is not inadvertently left on. If you would like to treat additional areas of your face, simply turn the device on again and resume.
Do I need to wash my face prior to using?
For best results, we recommend using the device on clean, dry skin as oils, lotions, makeup, or other debris can build up and block the LED, or keep the device from functioning properly. If not using on clean skin, we recommend cleaning the lens with a soft cloth or alcohol wipe after treatment.
Do I hold the device in one spot or glide it?
During treatment, glide the device on your target treatment areas. We suggest to keep your treatment area for each 3-minute session small and localized (following a 2-inch path). The light of the device will penetrate the skin so there is no need to apply pressure during treatment.
I have the SkinClinical Collagen Serum, do I need to use it with the Reverse device?
No, the Collagen Serum can be integrated into any daily skincare routine with or without the Reverse Anti-Aging device. If using both products together, we recommend applying a small amount of the Collagen Serum to the face and neck after your device treatment.
Where can I use this device?
Reverse is FDA cleared for full-face wrinkle treatment, including the face, forehead, and crow's-feet areas. It's not tested for use on any areas outside the face, such as the neck.
How long does it take to see results from Reverse Anti-Aging Light Therapy?
"Results will vary and can take 8 to 12 weeks. In a clinical study, after four weeks of use on the forehead, 81% of participants showed an improvement in fine lines/wrinkles, 94% showed improvement in skin texture, and 100% showed improvement in elasticity and firmness.
After eight weeks of use on the crow's feet, 84% showed an improvement in fine lines/wrinkles, 94% in skin texture and elasticity, and 88% in skin firmness."
How long will the results last?
For best results, sustained use is recommended as anti-aging benefits are compounded. Once you have completed a 12 week cycle, for maintenance we recommend using every other week, for 5 days in a row. For example, use Monday-Friday for one week, take the next week off, then use again Monday-Friday the following week, take the next week off, etc.
How often should I use the device after the initial 12 weeks?

How long does it take to use the Reverse Anti-Aging Light Therapy device each day?
The device should be used for three minutes per area, per day. For example, to treat the crow's-feet area on both sides of your face, use the device for three minutes on the left side and for three minutes on the right side (for six minutes total).
How much pressure should I be applying to my skin when using the device?
The light of the device will penetrate the skin so there is no need to apply pressure during treatment, especially as some areas of the face are more delicate. Place the device lens in contact with your skin gliding gently along the treatment area.
Can I use retinol while using Reverse Anti-Aging Light Therapy?
Yes, you can use retinol while using the device.
Can I use this device while pregnant?
As the device hasn't been tested on pregnant women, use during pregnancy is discouraged.
Is it safe if the light gets in my eyes?
Reverse Anti-Aging Light Therapy meets or exceeds international “eye safe” standards, ensuring that the LED and wavelength outputs will not harm your eyes.
Is there a time of day I should use Reverse Anti-Aging Light Therapy?
The device can be used at any time of the day or evening.

How do I know if the device is on?
To turn on, press the on/off button. You will hear a long beep, the Treatment Indicator will light up, and the treatment LEDs will glow red. Simply place the bezel of the device in contact with your skin to begin your treatment. It's normal for the plastic casing and stainless steel bezel to become mildly warm during treatment.
Should the device be plugged in during use?
Reverse is cordless and battery operated, so you don't need to be tethered to a wall while using it. The device won't turn on and operate while plugged in.
How do I know if the battery is charged, and how long does a charge last?
To determine if your battery is charged, plug the device in. The battery is fully charged if the Battery Indicator light on the bottom of the device is solid blue. If this light is flashing, leave the device plugged in to fully charge until the light is solid. A full battery charge lasts approximately 60 minutes before the light turns yellow.
The indicator light turned yellow, what does this mean?
The yellow light provides a warning that the device needs to be charged. You may find the device remains on for 1-4 more cycles but it is recommended that once the yellow light appears, you plug in the device and give the battery proper time to recharge.
Is there any maintenance or cleaning required?
For best results, keep the lens and stainless steel ring clean and scratch free. You can clean these parts with a soft cloth dampened with isopropyl alcohol. Don't use other cleaners or caustic materials, as they may damage the housing and lens.
Does the device come with a warranty?
Yes. Your Reverse Anti-Aging Light Therapy device is warranted to be free from defect in material and workmanship for a period of one year from its original purchase date.
Can I use my phone charger to charge the device?
No, you should only use the charger that is included with your device. Using any other charger will void your warranty.
I lost my charger. Where can I purchase a replacement?

Is the Reverse Anti-Aging Light Therapy device the same item I saw on QVC?
Yes, the Reverse device on skinclinical.com is the same device you've seen on QVC as a Best Seller.

What skin types are SkinClinical products for?
Our products are appropriate for all skin types. You may browse our products by category or skin condition by visiting the skinclinical.com homepage and browsing the drop-down menu. Our products treat severely damaged skin, common skin conditions such as aging skin, and skin affected by eczema, psoriasis, and various medical ailments (i.e. cancer, diabetes, and associated treatments).
What is SBD-4?
SBD-4 is a patented, natural ingredient extracted from the root of the Angelica sinensis flower that provides optimal healing and preventative results to the skin. It is included in several of our products, including Extreme Healing Repair Concentrate and Daily Restore Hydrating Lotion. SBD-4 has gone through extensive clinical testing and has demonstrated an ability to drive significant improvements in the quality and health of skin. Are SkinClinical products tested on animals?
No - we do not engage in animal testing or use animal derived ingredients in any of our products.

While SkinClinical products do not have a formal expiration date, it is generally recommended each product be used within 3 years of manufacture or 6 months after opening to ensure best product quality.
