Do you ship internationally?
We currently only offer shipping within the US. We are exploring international shipping options for the future.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want to ensure 100% satisfaction with each of our customers! If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept a return or exchange made directly from skinclinical.com (less any shipping charges). Please note that we will only refund purchases made directly from skinclinical.com. Refunds of purchases from other resellers will not be honored.
Please note the following guidelines for returns & exchanges:
- Product(s) must be returned within 60 days of the order date.
- Please place product in original packaging and include a copy of your receipt (and the reason for returning your product(s)).
- Original shipping & handling charges are non-refundable (if applicable).
